Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo zjistit a porovnat životní styl učitelek mateřských škol, které žijí a pracují ve městě a na vesnici. Dále jsem se snažila nalézt dílčí rozdíly a poukázat na ně. Proto jsem do této oblasti zařadila sebevzdělávání, hodnocení, zájmy, stravovací návyky a hierarchii hodnot učitelek mateřských škol. Pro svou práci jsem zvolila kvalitativní i kvantitativní výzkum, přičemž při kvalitativním výzkumu jsem využila polostrukturované interview a metodu vytváření trsů s prvky otevřeného kódování. Kvantitativní výzkum jsem využila pouze pro zpracování posuzovacích škál. Výsledky výzkumu byly překvapivé. Nejdůležitější pro mne bylo zjištění objemu stresu a neznalost technik, kterými by učitelky stresové situace zvládly. |

The main goal of my bachelor's study was to find out and compare a lifestyle of female nursery teachers, who live and work in the city and in the village. Secondly I tried to find out and show partial differences. That's the reason why i have put in this area selfeducation, evaluation, interests, eating habits and value hierarchy of female nursery teachers. I have chosen a quality and quantity research for my study, when doing the quality research I have used a half structured interview and cluster making method with open coding components. I have used the quantity research only for processing of assessment scales. The study results were surprising. To me the most important detection was the volume of the stress of female nursery teachers and ignorance of techniques, how to handle the stress situations. |
