Tato bakalářská práce je věnována problematice náhradní rodinné péče se zaměřením na pěstounskou péči, její formy, finanční pomoc a sociální podporu rodinám vykonávajícím pěstounskou péči. V teoretické části se zabývám vývojem náhradní rodinné péče do roku 1989 a dále po současnost. Zmiňuji proces zprostředkování pěstounské péče, a formu pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu. Výzkumná část je věnována praktickému šetření v pěstounských rodinách. Respondenty jsou 4 pěstounské rodiny. Pomocí rozhovorů s pěstouny a dětmi v pěstounské péči jsem se snažila autenticky zachytit, zda je pěstounská péče plnohodnotnou náhradou rodiny, co je motivací rodičů pro přijetí dítěte do pěstounské péče, počty vychovávaných dětí, potřeby pěstounů, ekonomické podmínky, problémy se kterými se setkali a jejich řešení. |

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of surrogate family care with the focus on foster care, its forms, financial assistance and social support to families engaged in foster care. The theoretical part deals with the development of foster care until 1989 as well as into the present. I allude to the mediation process of foster care, and its form in a transitional period. The research part is devoted to practical investigations in foster families. There are four foster family respondents. By interviewing foster parents and children in foster care, I tried to authentically capture whether foster care can fully substitute a family. To find out what motivates parents to adopt a child in foster care, the number of children being raised, the need for foster parents, the economic conditions, the problems they encountered and their solutions. |
