Zkoumá a určuje odkud se šikana bere, jak rozpoznat oběť a pachatele šikany. Práce sleduje, zdůvodňuje a doporučuje, že k prevenci šikany nestačí jen zodpovědnost školy, ale je rozhodující i význam a vliv rodiny.	cs
