Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala srovnáním manželství a nesezdaného soužití, dvou forem společného svazku muže a ženy. Zaměřila jsem se na vzájemnou komparaci těchto soužití z hlediska právního řádu České republiky. V empirické části jsem zaznamenala a analyzovala v jednotlivých kazuistikách odpovědi pěti nesezdaných párů na okruh otázek, které se týkaly důvodů volby života bez uzavření manželství, problematiky rodičovství, míry tolerance nejbližšího okolí k jejich volnému svazku. Dále se páry vyjadřovaly k vnímaným rozdílům mezi manželstvím a nesezdaným soužitím a výhodám či nevýhodám volného vztahu z pohledu práva. |

In my bachelor's thesis, I dealt with a comparison between a marriage and a cohabitation, two forms of a bond between a man and a woman. I concentrated on a comparison of this coexistence in terms of the Czech Republic legal system. In the empirical part, in the separate case interpretations, I recorded and analysed the responses of five unmarried couples to a range of questions concerning the reasons for choosing a life without a marriage conclusion, parental issues, a degree of tolerance of surroundings for their free bond. Furthermore, the pairs commentated the perceived differences between a marriage and a cohabitation and the advantages or disadvantages of the free relationship from the perspective of law. |
