Bakalářská práce na téma ?Úroveň vědomostí a úloha všeobecné sestry u onemocnění celiakální sprue? je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů ? screening, diagnostika a terapie celiakální sprue bezlepkovou dietou. Dále na popis úlohy a kompetencí všeobecné sestry v oblasti vyšetřovacích metod u celiakální sprue. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit úroveň vědomostí všeobecných sester o problematice celiakální sprue prostřednictvím vědomostního testu, vyhodnocení dotazníků a následně navržení informačního zdroje - brožury pro všeobecné sestry, který obsahuje informace o screeningu, vyšetřovacích metodách, léčbě celiakie a odkazy na centra celiaků. |

My bachelor thesis named ?Level of Nurses' Knowledge of Celiac Disease and their Role in Its Management?, is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on defining the basic terminology connected whit Celiac disease ? screening, diagnostic and treatment of Celiac disease gluten free diet; further description of the roles and competencies of nurse in the area of examination methods for Celiac disease. The aim of the practical part of this bachelor is determined the level of nurses' knowledge about the Celiac disease through a knowledge test; evaluation questionnaires and then proposing an information source ? brochures for nurse which contains information about screening, examination methods, the treatment of Celiac disease and references to celiac center. |
