dc.description.abstract	Má bakalářská práce je zaměřena na práci sester v léčebnách dlouhodobě nemocných, a to z pohledu studenta. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy gerontologie, geriatrie, proces stárnutí a stáři. Dále je specifikována struktura a způsoby zajištění dlouhodobé péče v historických souvislostech. Poslední kapitola se zabývá specifiky a odlišnostmi ošetřovatelské péče v léčebnách dlouhodobě nemocných. V praktické části pomocí dotazníkového šetření jsou srovnány zkušenosti studentů s praxí v léčebnách dlouhodobě nemocných.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor thesis concentrates on the work of nurses at the long-term care facilities from a student nurse perspective. This thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the concepts of Gerontology, Geriatrics, the process of aging and old age. Further it specifies the structure and ways of provision of long-term care in a historical context. The last chapter presents the specifics and differences of a nursing care at long-term care facilities. In the practical part, by means of a questionnaire survey, are compared the students? experience to the real practice at the long-term care facilities.	en
