Diplomová práce je orientována na problematiku motivace matek pečujících dlouhodobě o postižené dítě. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se matky vyrovnávají s touto životní situací z hlediska jejich subjektivního vnímání, jaké jsou jejich životní hodnoty a postoje. V teoretické části jsou odborné informace, které se týkají zátěžové situace, rodiny, motivace, sociální opory. Praktická část je realizována metodou kvalitativního výzkumu. Je zaměřena na zjištění pohnutek, které vedou k zvládnutí zátěže, a to prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a psaní volného textu. |

The thesis is focused on the motivation issue of mothers caring for a disabled child over a long term. The aim of the thesis is to find out how mothers cope with this life situation from the point of view of their subjective perception, what are their values and attitudes. Scientific information related to stressful situations, family, motivation and social support are included in the theoretical part. The practical part is realized by qualitative research. It is focused on the motives that lead to handle the situtation by means of semi-structured interviews and writing free text. |
