dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o problémech stáří a stárnutí a s tím souvisejících změn v životě seniorů včetně nutnosti změn, které se týkají kvality a zlepšení života seniorů. V práci je rozebrán vývoj ústavní péče se současnou nabídkou pobytových zařízení pro seniory. Dále je práce zaměřena na charakteristiku Domova důchodů Božice. Závěr práce je tvořen zpracováním a výsledky analýzy údajů získaných z dotazníkového šetření vytvořených pro tuto práci.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis drala with problems of the old age and aging same time, and the related changes in senior's live including the cahges regarding the quality and improvement thein lives. In the thesis is discussed the development of institutional care with contemporary offer of residentia l facilities for elderly. Further is the thesis focused on characteristics of the Home for the Elderly in Božice. The conclusion of thesis consists of the processing and the analysis of data results collected from the questionnaire survey created for this work.	en
