dc.description.abstract	Tématem této diplomové práce je výkon trestu odsouzených matek nezletilých dětí. Teoretická část vymezuje organizaci, řízení a funkci vězeňské služby. Dále seznamuje s věznicemi, kde byly v minulosti i v současnosti umísťovány odsouzené ženy a jsou zde podrobně popsány specifika zacházení s vězněnými ženami. Stěžejní kapitola pojednává o Věznici Světlá nad Sázavou a popisuje stručně její historii. Jádro této kapitoly přibližuje specializované oddělení pro odsouzené matky nezletilých dětí. V praktické části je pomocí odpovědí na otázky položené matkám umístěným na specializovaném oddělení zjištěno, zda program zacházení je na tomto oddělení nastaven tak, aby splnil svůj účel.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma work deals with an imprisonment of women with infants. Theoretical part describes an organization, an administration and duties of prison service. This part also alludes to prisons, where both in the past and in the present, women serve their sentences. It recounts specifications of a treatment of women offenders. The fundamental chapter is focused on Svetla nad Sazavou Prison and describes the history of the prison. In detail it get closer to a specialized ward for convicted women with infants. Practical part is composed of answers of questioned women who are accommodated at the specialized ward. Questions try to find out if the treatment programme on the specialized ward fulfils its purpose.	en
