dc.description.abstract	Práce komplexně shrnuje teoretické poznatky o náhradním mateřství. Zabývá se jím z medicínského a právního hlediska, neopomíjí také psychosociální dopady na účastníky tohoto procesu a především se snaží nastínit nejdůležitější etické problémy, které jsou s tímto institutem spojeny. Teoretická část práce rovněž popisuje vývoj náhradního mateř-ství a jeho pojetí v různých zemích. Empirická část zkoumá etický pohled odborníků, lékařů provádějících asistovanou repro-dukci náhradním matkám a teologů zabývajících se bioetikou. Cílem práce je zjistit etický pohled odborníků na toto téma a na jeho základě určit, zda je vhodné se zabývat úvahou o legalizaci institutu nebo jde o nežádoucí jev.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis summarizes theoretical knowledge of surrogacy. This thesis deals with surrogacy from the medical and legal points of view; it also takes into account psychosocial impact on the participants involved in this process and primarily it tries to outline the most important ethical issues associated with this institute of surrogacy. The theoretical part of this thesis also describes the development of surrogacy and its concept in different coun-tries. The empirical part examines ethical points of view of experts, doctors who carry out the assisted reproduction for surrogate mothers and theologians who are concerned with bio-ethics. The goal of this thesis is to determine on the basis of experts' ethical points of view if it is appropriate to deal with a reflection on the legalization of the institute or if it represents an undesirable phenomenon.	en
