dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá především funkcí asistenta pedagoga, ale také základními pedagogickými pojmy jako jsou vzdělání, výuka, edukace. Asistent pedagoga je zde představován jak z historického hlediska, tak z hlediska legislativního začlenění a ukotvení profese nebo z hlediska zařazení asistenta pedagoga na ZŠ Malenovice. Praktická část diplomové práce se snaží formou kvalitativního výzkumu popsat úlohu asistenta pedagoga na zmiňované základní škole a zjistit, jaké jsou přínosy či nedostatky ve spolupráci asistenta a učitele. Dále potom také zjistit, jak asistenti pedagoga hodnotí spolupráci s učitelem a rodi-nou žáka či hodnocení náplně práce samotnými asistenty pedagoga.	cs
