Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat současné řízení a využívání controllingu ve společnosti XY, s.r.o. a poskytnout návrhy na zlepšení. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí, do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy controllingu, jeho rozdělení a nástroje, které využívá. Praktická část je rozdělena na analytickou část a projekt. V analytické části je představena společnost, provedena situační analýza, která se skládá z analýzy interního a externího okolí, finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzy, dále je zhodnocen současný stav využívání nástrojů controllingu ve společnosti. Projekt obsahuje návrh zavedení controllingových nástrojů, které povedou k efektivnějšímu řízení společnosti. Součástí projektu je zhodnocení ekonomické náročnosti, přínosů a rizik projektu. |

The aim of thesis is to analyses the current management and use of monitoring in the com-pany of XY, s.r.o., and provide suggestions for improvement. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part describes the basic concepts of monitoring, its distribution and tools used. The practical part is divided into a part of the analysis and the project. In the analytical section introduced the company carried out a situational analysis, which consists of the analysis of the internal and external environment, financial analysis and SWOT analysis, is further evaluated the current situation as regards the use of instruments in the company. The project contains a proposal from the introduction of controlling tools, which will lead to a more efficient management of the company. The assessment of benefits, economic intensity and risks is also included in the project. |
