dc.description.abstract	Ústředním tématem diplomové práce je zmapování situace v oblasti výskytu mobbingu na pracovištích v úřadech sociální sféry státní správy Zlínského kraje a vliv organizační kultury, otevřenosti komunikace a pracovního klimatu na vznik a rozvoj tohoto patologického chování. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. První kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na problematiku násilí na pracovišti a mobbing. V druhé kapitole teoretické části je věnována pozornost kultuře organizace. Kapitola obsahuje přehled hlavních a nejdůleži-tějších složek organizační kultury. Součástí kapitoly je i charakteristika pracoviště v sociální sféře. Praktická část je zaměřena na samotný výzkum celkové míry výskytu mobbingu na pracovištích v úřadech sociální sféry státní správy Zlínského kraje.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The central theme of the thesis is to map the situation in the incidence of mobbing at workplaces in the offices of the social sphere of state administration of the Zlín Region and the impact of organizational culture, openness of communication and work climate on the emergence and development of this pathological behavior.The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first chapter of this part focuses on the issue of workplace violence and mobbing. The second theoretical chapter is devoted to the culture of the organization. The chapter contains an overview of the main and most important components of organizational culture. The chapter is also characteristic of work in the social sphere. The practical part is focused on the research itself overall incidence rate of workplace violence in the offices of the social sphere of state administration of the Zlín Region.	en
