Predkladaná diplomová práca sa zaoberá spracovaním projektu marketingovej komunikácie CAREER DAYS. CAREER DAYS organizuje študentská organizácia AIESEC a podu-jatie predstavuje dva dni plné možností pre študentov a absolventov vysokých škôl v podo-be interaktívneho stretnutia s najväčšími zamestnávateľmi v Českej republike. Teoretická časť zahŕňa spracovanie poznatkov z literárnych zdrojov zaoberajúcich sa prob-lematikou marketingovej komunikácie, neziskového sektoru a projektového manažmentu. V praktickej časti je predstavená organizácia AIESEC a jej produkt CAREER DAYS. Ná-sledne je spracovaná analýza marketingovej komunikácie ročníkov 2010, 2011 a 2012. Tá je predpokladom na vypracovanie projektu marketingovej komunikácie pre nastávajúci ročník. Projekt je podrobený časovej, rizikovej a nákladovej analýze. |

This diploma thesis deals with project of marketing communication of CAREER DAYS. CAREER DAYS is an event ran by student organization AIESEC. Event represents two days full of opportunities for students and graduates, formed into interactive meetings with major employers in the Czech Republic. Theoretical part contains literary sources related to marketing communication, non-profit sector and project management. Practical part includes introduction of organization AIESEC and its product CAREER DAYS. Next part contains analysis of marketing communication for years 2010, 2011 and 2012 as the base for establishment of project in marketing communication for 2013. Time schedule, budget calculation and risk analysis are done in the project. |
