Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou agresivního chování obviněných v prostředí výkonu vazby se zvláštním zřetelem k sebepoškozování. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části osvětluji v obecné rovině základní termíny týkající se problematiky interakce mezi člověkem a prostředím: proces adaptace, náročné životní situace, anomální formy chování (agrese vůči ostatním, sebepoškozování a sebevraždy). Teoretická část však obsahuje také specifickou problematiku a to interakci mezi obviněným a vězeňským prostředím. Zde se dotýkám těchto základních otázek: legislativní rámec a podmínky výkonu vazby, dopady izolace, prizonizace a adaptace. Teoretická část je zakončena rozborem neadekvátních forem chování obviněných (instrumentální agrese, násilí, sebepoškozování, sebevraždy). Úvod praktické části je věnován rozboru aktuálních opatření, která používá Vězeňská služba k typování a předcházení násilného chování. Následuje analýza místa výzkumu (Věznice Plzeň) a cílové skupiny (obvinění). Praktická část pokračuje analýzou mimořádných událostí v roce 2011, poskytuje informace o demografické struktuře jejich aktérů a je zakončena případovými studiemi třech vybraných aktérů reprezentující výzkumný vzorek. Pro tento výzkum používám kvalitativní metodu s cílem popsat a analyzovat hlavní spouštěče sebepoškozujícího chování u obviněných osob. |

This diploma work deals with issues of detainees' aggressive behaviour in pre-trial detention with specific respect to self-inflicted injury. The work is divided into two parts. Basic terms concerning issues of interaction between a human being and a social environment are explained in the theoretical part: process of adaptation, difficult life situations, anomalous forms of behaviour (aggression against the others, self-inflicted injury and suicides). The theoretical part also includes specific issues namely the interaction between a detainee and a prison environment. These basic topics are mentioned here: legislative framework and conditions of pre-trial detention, effects of solitary confinement, prisonisation and adaptation. The theoretical part ends with the analysis of inadequate detainees' behaviour (instrumental aggression, violence, self-inflicted injury, suicides). The beginning of the practical part is devoted to the analysis of preventive measures, which are taken by Prison Service to predict and prevent violent behaviour. An analysis of the research place (Plzeň Prison) and the aim group (detainees) follows. The practical part continues with an analysis of incidents in the year 2011, it provides information about demographic structure their actors and ends with case studies of three selected actors representing a research sample. A qualitative method is being used in this research, its aim is to describe and to analyse main triggers of detainees' self-inflicted injury. |
