Tématem diplomové práce je "Naplňování principu nejlepších zájmů dítěte v ohrožené rodině". Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první teoretické části se věnuje významu rodiny pro společnost a dítě, objasňuje obsah pojmu dítě, poskytuje základní orientaci v právech dětí, hledá definici principu nejlepších zájmů dítěte a užití principu v právních předpisech. Představuje sanaci rodiny a pěstounskou péči na přechodnou dobu. V empirické části jsou uvedeny rozhovory se sociálními pracovnicemi na související témata a rozhovor s pěstouny na přechodnou dobu. |

The topic of my diploma thesis is "The fulfillment of the principle of the best interests of the child in a high-risk family". The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part deals with the importance of a family for the child and the whole society, it explains the meaning of the term "child", it provides basic information on the rights of children, and it attempts to define the principle of the best interest of the child and its application in legal regulations. This part also introduces two more concepts: rehabilitation of family and foster care as a temporary measure. In the empirical part of my thesis there are interviews of social workers on related topics and an interview with temporary foster parents. |
