Diplomová práce je zaměřena na oblast domácího násilí, především pak na problematiku domácího násilí ve vztahu k dětem, které jsou druhou nejčastější obětí tohoto celospolečenského, sociálně-patologického jevu. Obsahuje nejen charakteristiku domácího násilí, jeho forem, druhů a fází, ale i současnou právní úpravu České republiky k danému tématu. Jako srovnání jsou uvedena stanoviska k dané problematice ve vybraných evropských zemích. Práce dále obsahuje jak charakteristiku agresora, tak i charakteristiku oběti domácího násilí. S ohledem na téma práce se podrobně zabývá postavením dítěte jako oběti a svědka domácího násilí, jakož i následky, které tento jev na dětech ve výše uvedeném postavení zanechává. Empirická část obsahuje cíle výzkumu, využité metody a stanovení otázek a hypotéz. Stěžejní součástí výzkumu je pět případových studií, vycházejících ze skutečných případů. Tyto studie jsou následně pro účely výzkumu vzájemně srovnávány a výsledky výzkumu prezentovány. Za cíl si tato práce klade shrnutí problematiky domácího násilí z pohledu teoretického, a to za současné konfrontace s úrovní praktickou. |

The thesis focuses on domestic violence area, especially when related to children that are the second most frequent victim of this sociopathological phenomena, appearing in the whole society. It contains not only the characteristics of domestic violence, its forms, kinds, and phases, but also the actual juridical arrangement of domestic violence problems in Czech republic. For comparison reasons I included viewpoints towards these problems in chosen European countries. The work also contains the characteristics both of the aggressor and the victim of domestic violence. Bearing in mind the topic of the thesis I treat in detail the status of child as a victim and witness of domestic violence, as well as the impact of this phenomena on children in such situations. The empiric part contains the research targets, the methods used and setting the questions and hypotheses. Five case studies, based on real stories, comprise the main part of the research. These cases are then compared mutually for the research purposes and the results are presented. The aim of the work is to summarize the problems of domestic violence from the point of view of theory, confronted at the same time with a practical level. |
