Diplomová práce je výzkumného typu, zaměřená na téma genderových stereotypů v oblasti zdravotnictví, konkrétně na pozici mužů pracujících jako zdravotní sestra. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol. První tři patří do teoretické části, kde bylo cílem objasnit pojmy jako gender, genderové role a stereotypy a charakterizovat obsahové zaměření tzv. gender studií. Dále se zaměřuje na postavení žen a mužů na trhu práce na podíl mužů a žen ve zdravotnictví. Empirická část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření s cílem zjistit názory vedení zdravotnických zařízení, zdravotníků, studentů střední školy a zástupců veřejnosti na otázky genderu se zaměřením na zdravotnictví a postavení mužů pracujících jako zdravotní sestra. |

In this thesis deals with the topic of men, or men in health care in places where you would expect more women. The work is divided into six chapters. The first three belong to the theoretical part, where my goal was to clarify concepts such as gender, gender roles and stereotypes and to characterize the content of the so-called gender studies. Then I focus on women and men in the labor market and the proportion of men and women in health care. The empirical part is devoted to a questionnaire survey to ascertain the views of the management of medical devices, health care professionals, high school students and members of the public on gender issues with a focus on health and status of men working as a nurse. The questionnaires were evaluated and the results were verified using the hypotheses. The results confirmed the persistence of gender stereotypes in relation to health care workers. |
