V teoretické části jsou definované pojmy, které se týkají oblasti cestovního ruchu. Dále se tato část věnuje subjektům cestovního ruchu, SWOT a PEST analýze. Praktická část je tvořena analýzou českých cestovních kanceláří, zhodnocením návštěvností Portugalska a Madeiry, popisem výchozích podmínek pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu a analýz, které jsou teoreticky uvedené v předcházející části. Projektová část navazuje na výsledky analýz v části praktické. Projektem jsou dva nové poznávací zájezdy na Madeiru určené seniorům podrobené ekonomické a rizikové analýze. |

The main objective of my dissertation is to create new sightseeing tours. In the theoretical part are defined therms related to tourism. Furthermore this part deals with subjects of tourism, SWOT and PEST analysis. The practical part consists of analysis czech travel agencies, summary of attendance in Portugal and Madeira, description of cir-cumstances for tourism growth and analysis, which are theoretically introduced in the pre-vious part. The project part is based on analysis results in the practical part. The project are two new sightseeing tours to Madeira specified for seniors submitted economical and risk analysis. |
