Hlavním cílem této práce je vysvětlit význam řízení jakosti zemědělské výroby a zdůraznit proč a jakým způsobem ji lze zabezpečovat. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se kvality a popsán vývoj přístupů ke kvalitě. V další části je uveden kompletní přehled historických, současných i budoucích tendencí zemědělských aktivit při řízení kvality a způsob jakým lze prokázat jakost. Představitelem této práce, kterému bude věnována pozornost, je podnik AGRI-M, s.r.o., jehož hlavní náplní je export a import rostlinných a živočišných produktů. V rámci kapitol praktické části je popsána a analyzována skutečnost ve společnosti, následně pak předvedena ukázka možného monitorování a měření. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky práce a doporučení pro efektivnější vývoj řízení kvality spolu s uvedením ekonomického přínosu. |

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to explain the importance of controlling of agricultural production and point out why and what way it can be provided. Basic terms concerning quality and description of development of attitudes to quality are set in the theoretical part. The whole survey of historical, current and also the future tendencies of agricultural activities when controlling the quality and the way of proving the quality is shown in the next part. The representative of this thesis, which will get the attention, is the company AGRI-M, Ltd., whose main activity is export and import of plant and animal products. Within the chapters of the practical part the situation in the company is described and analysed, followed by an example of the possible monitoring and measuring. At the end of the thesis there are the results of the work summed up and you will find there also the recommendations for more effective development of controlling of the quality together with the presentation of the economical benefit. |
