dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé diplomové práce je zpracovat projekt implementace konceptu Balanced Scorecard do řízení společnosti XY. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku řízení výkonnosti podniku s důrazem na koncept Balanced Scorecard. V praktické části jsou vypracovány vybrané analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí společnosti. Tyto analýzy jsou podkladem pro navržení konceptu BSC ve společnosti XY. Závěr je věnován přínosům, nákladům a možným rizikům, které jsou spojeny s implementací.	cs
