Cílem této práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků z oblasti postavení malých obcí v sídelní struktuře ČR, zhodnocení jejich hlavních rozvojových problémů a charakteristika nástrojů k jejich řešení. Tyto poznatky jsou následně aplikovány do praktické roviny na příkladu vybrané obce. Práce je proto rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část charakterizuje strukturu osídlení ČR s důrazem na problematiku malých obcí a jejich rozvojové problémy. Následuje vymezení vhodných nástrojů k řešení identifikovaných problémů a jejich charakteristika. V praktické části je pak provedena socioekonomická analýza obce Přílepy na jejímž základě jsou definovány hlavní rozvojové problémy a navržena aplikace konkrétních nástrojů, které by měly napomáhat k budoucímu trvale udržitelnému rozvoji obce. |

The objective of the present study is to sum up theoretical information in the area of the standing of small municipalities within the structure of settlements in the Czech Republic; and evaluation of the main problems concerning development and characteristics of tools for their solution. This information is then applied into practice giving a concrete municipality as an example. The study is divided into two parts. The theoretical part characterises the structure of settlements in the Czech Republic with a focus on small municipalities and their problems in the area of development. Suitable tools are defined for the solution of the identified problems and their characteristics. The practical part gives a socio-economic analysis of the village Přílepy and on this basis the main problems in development are defined and proposed is the application of concrete tools which should help sustainable development of the municipality in the future. |
