dc.description.abstract	Hlavním cílem práce je objasnit podstatu Alzheimerovy demence, od ní se odvíjejících pravidel poskytování pomoci osobám s touto nemocí a základní příčinu náročnosti poskytování péče nemocným. Teoretická část je tvořena kapitolami zaměřenými na Alzheimerovu demenci jako nemoc, na možnosti a způsoby péče o jedince s tímto onemocněním a na dopady tohoto onemocnění na život osoby nemocné, jejich blízkých a její vnímání osobou pečující. Praktická část práce se cestou výzkumného šetření zaměřuje na vnímání psychické náročnosti péče o osoby s Alzheimerovou demencí z pohledu osoby pečující a na její vliv na život nejbližších příbuzných nemocného a rodinné vztahy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main purpose of this work is to clarify the nature of Alzheimer?s dementia, from the unfolding rules providing assistance to people with this dinase and the underlying cause difficulty providing care for patiens. The theoretical part consists of chapters focusing on Alzheimer?s dementia as a disease, the ways and means of care for individuals with this disease and the impact of this disease on the life of those patiens, their families and their perception of the caregiver. The practical part is research which focuses on the perception of psychological intensity of care for people with Alzheimer?s dementia from the perspective of caregivers and its effect on the life of the closest relatives of the patient and family relationships.	en
