dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice sdílení sociálních znalostí v sociálně zdravotnickém týmu pečujícím o seniory a popisuje výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, který proběhl v rámci grantového projektu Grantové agentury České republiky "Sdílení a rozvoj sociálních znalostí pracovníků pomáhajících profesí v procesu péče o seniory"(č. 406/07/1248). Výzkumné otázky jsou věnovány determinantům sdílení sociálních znalostí týkající se druhu informací, které jsou v týmu sdíleny, zpětné vazbě mezi členy týmu a jejich kompetencemi. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje také na sdílení členů týmu se seniory a jejich rodinnými příslušníky. Dále popisuje determinanty, které ovlivňují rozvoj sociální znalostí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with problems of sharing social knowledge in the social-medical team caring for the seniors and describes the results of qualitative research which conducted within the frame of the project of the Grant Agency in the Czech Republic "Sharing and Development of Social Knowledge of Workers of Helping Professions in the Process of Senior Care"(No. 406/07/1248).
