dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku kvality života seniorů v rezidenčním prostředí. Popisuje a vysvětluje pojmy týkající se teoretického vymezení kvality života jako sociální kategorie, vnitřní a vnější činitele kvality života, problematiku měření kvality života a v neposlední řadě kvalitu života seniorů. Dále vymezuje stárnutí populace v sociálním kontextu její specifika a rozdíl mezi domácí a rezidenční péčí. Také se zaměřuje na vymezení ústavního prostředí, dále na historický vývoj ústavní péče, legislativní vymezení rezidenční péče a specifika rezidenčního prostředí. V další části pojednává o determinantech kvality života seniorů a rozebírá vztahy mezi seniory navzájem, mezi seniory a personálem a vztah rodiny k seniorům. V závěru se zabývá empirickým výzkumem týkajícím se důležitosti a spokojenosti seniorů s kvalitou života v konkrétním rezidenčním prostředí.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is focused on quality of life of seniors in a residential environment. It describes and explains the theoretical concepts concerning the definition of quality of life as a social category, internal and external factors of quality of life issues associated with measuring the quality of life and ultimately the quality of life of seniors. It also determines the aging population in its specific social context, and the difference between home and residential care. It also focuses on the constitutional definition of the environment, as well as the historical development of institutional care, the legislative definition of residential care and the specifics of the residential environment. The next section discusses the determinants of quality of life of older people and discusses the relationships among the elderly, between seniors and staff and the relationship of families to seniors. The conclusion deals with the empirical research regarding the importance and satisfaction with the quality of life of seniors in particular residential environment.	en
