dc.description.abstract	Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá současným systémem náhradní rodinné péče v České republice. Na počátku jsou vymezeny a definovány základní pojmy z oblasti rodiny, náhradního rodičovství, osvojení a pěstounské péče. Tato práce shrnuje dostupné údaje o jednotlivých formách náhradní péče, podobnostech a odlišnostech a v neposlední řadě o již probíhající přeměně současného systému náhradní rodinné péče. Získané poznatky jsou doplněny o výsledky vlastního kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného formou rozhovorů s náhradními rodiči a sociálními pracovníky. Cílem výzkumné části bylo zjistit, jak současný systém náhradní rodinné péče vnímají náhradní rodiče (osvojitelé a pěstouni) a pracovníci sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Získaná data byla zpracována kvalitativně formou otevřeného kódování. Na závěr byla navržena doporučení pomocí SWOT analýzy.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The presented thesis deals with current system of foster family care in the Czech republic. In the beginning of the thesis is neccesary to define basic concept of the family, substitute parenting, adoption and foster care. This thesis summarises available data about forms of alternative care, similarities and differencies and last but not least about ongoing transformation of the current system of the foster family care. The earned knowledge is completed with results of qualitative research realized by dialogues with foster parents and social workers. The aim of the research was to determine how the current system of foster family care is perceived by the foster parents and staff of social and legal protection of children. The obtained data were processed qualitatively by open coding. In the end, recommendati-ons were designed using SWOT analysis.	en
