Diplomová práca opisuje stres na pracovisku. Zahŕňa dve časti. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá dôležitými poznatkami z oblasti stresu a vplyvu na pracovisku a ako redukovať stres. Praktická časť zahŕňa analýzu dát, ktoré boli získané z rozhovorov s manažérmi. Nasleduje projetková časť, ktorá opisuje ako eliminovať stres a poskytuje doporučenia pre zlepšenie súčasného stavu. Projekt je následne podrobený rizikovej, nákladovej a časovej analýze. |

This diploma thesis describes the stress management in the company. It consists of two parts. The theoretical part deals with the most important stress management knowledge and influence of workplace and also how to reduce stress. The practical part contains the analysis of data, which were obtained through interviews with managers. It is followed by the project, which describes how to reduce stress and which provides recommendations for the possible improvements of the present state. This project is then put through the risk, cost and time analysis. |
