Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout projekt implementace konceptu Balanced Scorecard do řízení společnosti XY, s.r.o., která se specializuje na výrobu antivibračních a tlumících komponentů převážně pro automobilový průmysl. Teoretická část zahrnuje vymezení pojmu výkonnost podniku a představení přístupů k jejímu hodnocení, ale především je věnována jednomu z nejznámějších a nejpropracovanějších systémů strategického řízení Balanced Scorecard. V praktické části jsou provedeny analýzy, které mají za cíl objasnit současnou situaci podniku na trhu. Na základě teoretických poznatků a praktických zjištění je zpracován návrh implementace konceptu Balanced Scorecard do uvedené společnosti. Zá-věrečná část je věnována příslušným návrhům a doporučením. |

The aim of this thesis is to propose a project to implement the concept of Balanced Score-card into the management of the company XY, s.r.o., which specializes in production of vibration eliminating and noise reducing components predominantly for automotive indus-try. The theoretical part includes the definition of business performance management and the presentation of the assessment methodology, but primarily, it is devoted to one of the best known approaches and the most elaborate system of strategic management called Bal-anced Scorecard. In the practical part there are closer analyses, which clarify the current position of the company. The proposal of the implementation of the concept of Balanced Scorecard in the company is developed on the basis of the theoretical knowledge and the practical findings. The final section is devoted to relevant proposals and recommendations. |
