Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou strategických dokumentů v oblasti plánování sociálních služeb na úrovni krajů České republiky. Teoretická část práce objasňuje problematiku plánování sociálních služeb v České republice. Pozornost je věnována komunitnímu plánování sociálních služeb a tvorbě krajských střednědobých plánů rozvoje sociálních služeb. V praktické části je provedena komparace aktuálně platných střednědobých plánů rozvoje sociálních služeb jednotlivých krajů ČR. Na základě získaných poznatků jsou v závěru diplomové práce formulovány návrhy na zlepšení v oblasti plánování sociálních služeb krajů. |

The Master thesis deals with the analysis of strategic documents in the area of social services at the regional level of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this thesis explains the issues of planning of social services in the Czech Republic. Attention is devoted to community planning and the creation of regional mid-term social services development plans. The practical part includes a comparison of currently existing mid-term social services development plans of each regions. At the end of the Master thesis are formulated proposals for improvements in planning of social services at regions which are based on the acquired findings. |
