Táto diplomová práca je zameraná na podporu, rozvoj a využitie pracovného potenciálu zamestnancov podniku XY. Diplomová práca je rozdelená na dve základné časti. Prvou je teoretická časť, druhou je praktická časť. Praktická časť je ďalej rozdelená na analytickú časť a projektovú časť. Cieľom teoretickej časti tejto diplomovej práce je oboznámenie sa s teoretickými východiskami súvisiacimi s danou problematikou. Analytická časť dokumentu-je súčasný stav podpory, rozvoja a využitia pracovného potenciálu zamestnancov podniku XY, ktorý je zisťovaný prostredníctvom kvalitatívnych a kvantitatívnych metód. Analytická časť je doplnená o SWOT analýzu podniku XY. Cieľom projektovej časti, je na základe teoretických východísk a zisteného stavu navrhnúť riešenie, ktoré bude slúžiť na zlepšenie súčasného stavu podpory, rozvoja a využitia pracovného potenciálu zamestnancov podniku XY. Projektová časť je doplnená o nákladovú, časovú a rizikovú analýzu. |

The following diploma thesis focuses on support, development and utilization of the XY company labour workfoce potential. The thesis consists of 2 leading parts - the theory sec-tion and the application of the theory section. The applied part is split to analytical sub-section and project sub-section respectively. The main goal of the theory section is to out-line the theoretical outcomes related to the main objectives of the thesis. The analytical part reflects the contemporary status of the support, development and utilization of the XY company workforce potential, which is determined using the qualitative and quantitative approaches. The SWOT analysis supplements the analytical part of the thesis. The goal of the project sub-section is, on the basis of the theoetical outcomes and actual determined status, to propose suggestions in order to improve the contemporary situation of the sup-port, development and utilization of the XY company workforce potential. The project sub-part is supplemented with the cost, time-line and risk analysis. |
