Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na roli asistentů pedagoga při integraci žáků na základních školách. V práci je objasněn pojem integrace, popsán vývoj školské integrace v ČR a rozebrána legislativní východiska pro školskou integraci. Zabývá se problematikou vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Definuje pojem asistent pedagoga, legislativní rámec, náplň práce a jeho odbornou kvalifikaci. Část práce je věnována činitelům ovlivňující úspěšnou integraci. Součástí diplomové práce je výzkum k významu role asistenta pedagoga u integrovaných žáků. |

The diploma thesis is focused on the role of educator's assistant in the process of integrating pupils at elementary schools. The author clarifies the term integration, describes the school integration development in the Czech Republic and analyses the legislative basis for school integration as well as education of pupils with specific educational needs. The terms such as educator's assistant, legislative framework, job description, and special qualification are defined in the thesis as well. A part of the thesis is dedicated to the factors influencing the pupils' successful integration. The thesis includes the research on the significance of educator's assistant and his/her role for integrated pupils. |
