dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je orientována na v současnosti stále moderní kalkulační metodu Activity-Based-Costing a její využití ve společnosti Aircraft Industries, a.s. Teoretická část je literární rešerší zpracovanou na základě průzkumu různých literárních zdrojů zaměřená na oblast nákladů a jejich řízení a tradiční kalkulační metody. Dále je zde představena metoda Activity-Based-Costing a objasněna teoretická východiska nezbytná pro zpracování projektu. V praktické části jsou uvedeny základní údaje o společnosti Aircraft Industries, a.s. a provedena analýza nákladů a současně používaného kalkulačního vzorce. Vytvoření projektu využití metody ABC ve společnosti je vyčleněn samostatný úsek praktické části. Na závěr je řešení projektu verifikováno a zformulována doporučení pro společnost.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the currently still modern calculation method named the Activity-Based-Costing and its application in the company Aircraft Industries, a.s. The theoretical part is a literature review prepared based on a survey of various literary sources focused on the cost, cost management and traditional calculations. Then there is presented the method Activity-Based Costing and also there are theoretical basis necessary for creating a project. In the practical section there are provided basic information about company Aircraft Industries, a.s. and realized an analysis of costs and calculation formula currently used. The project using the ABC method in the company is located in a separate section of the practical part. In conclusion the project solution is verified and there are formulated recommendations for the company.	en
