Cieľom diplomovej práce je navrhnutie projektu implementácie konceptu Balanced Score-card do spoločnosti XY, s. r.o. prostredníctvom, ktorého môže spoločnosť zefektívniť me-ranie výkonnosti podniku. Diplomová práca je rozdelená a tri časti teoretickú, analytická a projekt. Teoretická časť je zameraná na spracovanie literárnej rešerši v oblasti strategickej analýzy a tiež predstavenie samotného konceptu Balanced Scorecard. Praktickej časť je zameraná na predstavenie spo-ločnosti XY, s.r.o. a vypracovanie strategickej analýzy, ktorá bola doplnená o ukazovateľ EVA. V projektovej časti je na základe prevedených analýz navrhnutý konceptu Balanced Scorecard do spoločnosti XY, s.r.o. |

The aim of this thesis is to propose a project to implement the concept of Balanced Score-card in the XY Company, p. r.o. through which a company can streamline business perfor-mance measurement. The thesis is divided into three parts: theoretical, analytical and project. The theoretical part focused on the process of literature research in the field of strategic analy-sis and also show the very concept of Balanced Scorecard.
