Ve své práci se zaměřuji na problematiku profesní orientace sociálně znevýhodněných žákků. V teoretické části práce, kterou jsem rozdělila do dvou kapitol, se věnuji nejprve profesní orientaci a následně sociálně znevýhodněnému žákkovi.V první části práce nejprve objasňuji termín profesní orientace, dále mluvím o jejím významu a činitelích, kteří se na ní podílejí. Ve druhé části definuji termín sociálně znevýhodněného žáka a vymezuji termín sociálního zněvýhodnění. Po vysvětlení těchto termínů přecházím k praktické části práce, kde dokládám na vybraných sociálně znevýhodněných žácích jejich profesní orientaci. Základním zdrojem informací pro zpracování praktické části práce je kvalitativní průzkum, který jsem uskutečnila prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů u vybraných sociálně znevýhodněných žáků. Analýzou odpovědí těchto žáků je zodpovědět na otázky, kdo nebo co může mít vliv na jejich profesní orientaci, od koho očekávají podporu při volbě povolání, co limituje výběr školy a jaké mají tito žáci aspirace. |

In my work I focus on the issue of career orientation of socially disadvantaged pupils. In the theoretical part of the work, which I have divided into two chapters, I comment oh the professional orientation and after that on the social disadvantaged pupils. In the first part of work I elucidate the term of professional orientation. In the second part I define the term of social disadvantaged pupil and define the term of the social disadvantage itself. After the explanation of these terms I switched to the practical part of the work, where I supported this by evidence on chosen social disadvantaged pupils and their professional orientation.The basic source form information for the practical part is a qualitative research that I have realized with the semi-structured interviews chosen social disadvantaged pupils. The analysis pupils'answers aims to answer the question who or what can influence their professional orientation, who they expect to support them in their choice of profession, what limits their choice of school and what kind of ambition these pupils have. |
