Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou rozvoje sociálních kompetencí dětí ve školním prostředí. Vymezuje pojmy sociální interakce a sociální kompetence. Přibližuje důležitost kompetentních osobností pro dnešní společnost. Uvádí charakteristiku a význam naučných děl, která o dané problematice pojednávají. Popisuje vliv školního prostředí, vyučovacích předmětů a mimovýukových aktivit na sociální rozvoj dítěte, zejména zdůrazňuje roli pedagoga. Zabývá se provedeným kvalitativním průzkumem, jeho cílem, metodami, stylem provedení a získanými výsledky. |

My dissertation is aimed at the development of children social competence in the school environment. In the first part, I define the terms of social interaction and social competence. Later, I outline the importance of competent personality in today?s society. The second part focuses on the characteristics and significance of educational works that are specialized in the subject. In the third part I examine the impact of school environment, school subjects and leisure-time activities on the children social development. The teacher?s role in the development process is greatly emphasized here. The final part deals with the qualitative exploration, its aim, methods, style as well as the results. |
