Hlavnou úlohou bakalárskej práce je oboznámiť sa s marketingovými aktivitami spoločnosti ELLUX Glück s.r.o. , zanalyzovať ich a vyhodnotiť vedenie firmy v oblasti marketingu, prípadne pri zistení nedostatkov navrhnúť riešenie, ktoré by firme zabezpečili efektívnu marketingovú stratégiu. Teoretická časť sa zaoberá popísaním marketingu so snahou zamerania na výrobný podnik. Na konci teoretickej časti sú popísané marketingové analýzy, pomocou ktorých zistíme klady a zápory v oblasti marketingu spoločnosti. V praktickej časti je stručná charakteristika firmy, ale hlavnou časťou je aktuálna hospodárska situácia firmy s dôrazom na analýzu SWOT. Po konečnom zanalyzovaní prídu na rad odporúčania, ktoré by mali firme pomôcť s propagáciou ich výrobkov a samozrejme zvýšiť zisk. |

The main task of thesis is to study marketing astivities ELLUX Glück s.r.o, analyze and evaluate their management team in marketing, where irregulatities are found to propose a solution that would ensure the company effective marketing strategy. The theoretical part deals with the description of its marketing efforts to the manufacturing enterprise. At the end of the theoretical part are described marketing analysis, whereby we find out the pros and cons of marketing. The practical part is a brief description of the company, but the main part of the current economic situation of firm with emphasis on the SWOT analysis. After the final analyzing, there comes a series od recommendations that should help uz with promoting theit products and of course increase profits. |
