Tato diplomová práce se zabývá projektem akreditace nemocnice XY a přínosy v řízení kvality. Akreditační postup, který je v projektu využit k akreditaci je popsán podle standardů Spojené akreditační komise České republiky. V projektu jsou ukázána úskalí, se kterými se setkává nejen management kvality, ale i ostatní zaměstnanci nemocnice. Hlav-ním cílem této práce je ukázat, že řádné ukončení akreditace nemocnice je přínosem v řízení kvality a stanovení procesů, které mohou vést zdravotnické zařízení k získání akreditace. Kromě procesů, které jsou nezbytné pro zahájení, průběh a ukončení akreditace jsou náplní této práce vyhodnocení z pohledů časové, nákladové a rizikové analýzy. Postupy a procesy, které jsou definovány v této diplomové práci, mohou zdravotnická zařízení využít, jako návod k řízení kvality pomocí akreditace. |

This thesis follows the project of the accreditation of the hospital XY and the benefits of quality control management. The accreditation process used in the project of the accredita-tion is described by the standards of the United Accreditation Commission of the Czech Republic. The project shows pitfalls encountered by both quality control management team and other hospital staff. The main objective of the thesis is to show that proper finalisation of hospital accreditation is beneficial to quality control and establishment of the processes that may lead to formal accreditation of a medical facility. In addition to processes that are essential for the initiation, conduct and finalisation of the accreditation, this thesis also evaluates the perspective of time, cost and risk analysis. Pro-cedures and processes that are defined in this thesis may be used as guidance for quality control through accreditation by other health care facilities. |
