Předmětem této bakalářské práce je financování investičního záměru společnosti XY, s.r.o. Cílem je zpracování finanční analýzy podniku, na základě které zjistíme, zda finanční zdraví podniku je dostačující pro přijetí investičního záměru a poté vybrat optimální způsob jeho financování. V teoretické části je na základě literárních zdrojů provedena charakteristika investičního záměru, finanční analýzy a moţné způsoby financování investičních záměru. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti XY, s.r.o. a zpracovanou finanční analýzu podniku s vyhodnocením ekonomické situace podniku. V závěru je rozbor jednotlivých zdrojů financování investičního záměru a navrhnuta optimální varianta pro společnost. situace podniku. |

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the financing of the investment plan of the XY, s.r.o. company. Its purpose is to utilize the financial analysis of a company, based on which we can figure out whether or not the financial health of such company is sufficient enough to accept an investment purpose, and then to select an optimal concept for its financing. Theoretically, based on literary sources, there is a characteristic performed of the investment purpose, financial analysis, and any possible manners of financing the investment purposes. The practical segment consists of the introduction of the company XY, s.r.o. and a finalized financial analysis along with the evaluation of the economic situation of the company. In conclusion, there is an analysis of individual resources for financing the investment purpose, and an ideal option for partnership is suggested. |
