dc.description.abstract	V teoretické části se práce zabývá problematikou financování církve a strukturou dotační politiky fondů EU se zaměřením na program rozvoje venkova - IV. osu Leader. V praktické části je představen žadatel o dotaci, je zpracována jeho finanční situace jako výchozí bod pro oprávněnost dotace, je rozpracováno kofinancování investice a nastíněny základní náležitosti projektu. Práci uzavírá návrh na financování projektu po jeho ukončení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In its theoretical part, the thesis deals with the Church financing problems and with the structure of the EU funding policy, focusing on the programme for rural development ? Axis 4 (LEADER). The practical part introduces the grant applicant and it gives an overview of his financial situation as an initial point for judging the reasonableness of the grant. Then it draws up the co-financing plan for the investment and outlines the terms of the project. The thesis concludes with the financing proposal of the project after its termination.	en
