Diplomová práce se zajímá o etické otázky, kterými se musí při své práci zabývat sociální pracovníci pracující jako specialisté na dávky pomoci v hmotné nouzi. Jejím cílem je předložit odpověď na to, která z etických oblastí je pracovníky nejčastěji pociťována a jakou z těchto oblastí pracovníci nejčastěji řeší v širším okruhu pracovníků. Dále se zabývá celkovým hodnocením pociťované funkčnosti a spravedlnosti systému dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi přímo dávkovými pracovníky. |
