dc.description.abstract	Tématem předložené diplomové práce jsou kompetence sociálního pedagoga a možnosti jejich využití v práci policisty. Hlavním cílem této práce je najít odpověď na otázku o možnostech uplatnění absolventa studijního oboru sociální pedagogika u služby kriminální policie a vyšetřování Policie ČR. V první části práce autor primárně věnuje pozornost pojetí a teoretickému vymezení sociální pedagogiky. Zároveň blíže představuje obě porovnávané profese ? sociálního pedagoga a policistu, přičemž se zaměřuje na jednotlivé kompetence (kvalifikační předpoklady) potřebné na výkon těchto povolání a charakteristiku jejich pracovní náplně. Rozsah možností recipročně využívat tyto kompetence k určitým pracovním úkonům v rámci jedné i druhé profese se pokouší určit na základě komparace dat získaných v rámci výzkumného projektu, kterému je věnována druhá část práce. Účastníky výzkumu uskutečněného dotazníkovou metodou jsou studenti oboru sociální pedagogika a policisté Krajského ředitelství policie Zlínského kraje. Kvantifikace dat získaných tímto způsobem umožňuje najít styčné plochy (shodu), podobnost, ale i případné rozdíly v jednotlivých kompetencích obou skupin profesionálů. Dalším cílem ukázat, jak samotní policisté posuzují důležitost jednotlivých kompetencí pro výkon svého povolání. V této části práce autor využívá nejenom teoretické znalosti získané studiem sociální pedagogiky, ale i vlastní praktické zkušenosti z práce policisty. Poznatky získané v této části práce transformuje do závěrů a doporučení pro praxi.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis written for the M. A. degree addresses the issue of competences of social pedagogue and a possibility of applying them in the work of policeman. The main aim of this thesis is to find an answer to the question whether the job qualifications of social pedagogue may be used with the criminal police and investigation service of the Police of the Czech Republic. In the first part of his work the author deals with theoretical concepts of social pedagogy. Here he also compares the profession of social pedagogue with that of policeman. He puts emphasis on the competences (qualification requirements) needed for doing these jobs; he also characterises on-the-job responsibilities of either group of professionals. In the second part of his thesis he attempts to define the extent to which the competences to perform certain job tasks may be mutually used by these professionals. In order to find the overlapping areas of competences he compares the data obtained within his research project. The main method applied in the research is a questionnaire; the respondents are students of social pedagogy at the Faculty of Humanities, Bata University in Zlín and policemen with the Department of the Regional Police Headquarters of Zlín Region. To get acquainted with the competences regarded as important by these two groups of professionals, he quantified the data obtained by means of the questionnaire method. This enabled him to identify the overlapping areas as well as to point to similarities and differences between them. The next aim is to show how the policemen themselves assess the importance of individual competences for doing their job. In this part of his thesis the author employs not only his theoretical knowledge of the issue acquired by his study of social pedagogy but also practical experience from his work as policeman. The findings arrived at in this part of his work are transformed into the conclusions and recommendations applicable in practice.	en
