Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem adaptace a postavením žáka ve školní třídě jako sociální skupině. Práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části, přičemž teoretická část je věnována oblastem adaptace, školní třídě jako sociální skupině a postavení žáka v ní; spe-cifikům v emocionální oblasti, chování a vztazích dospívajících handicapovaných jedinců. Empirická část je uskutečněna prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu. Hlavním cílem je dospět ke zjištění, jak probíhá adaptace u žáka, který přestupuje ze základní školy speciální na praktickou školu a rozpoznat faktory, jež ulehčují či znesnadňují adaptaci žáka na prostředí nové školy. Výzkum se soustřeďuje také na postavení a sociální vztahy žáků ve školní třídě a jejich vývoj v průběhu času. Výsledky výzkumu mohou posloužit jako orien-tační východisko pro rodiče konkrétního zkoumaného žáka a pro pedagogy, kterým může být inspirací pro další práci se skupinou. |

The presented paper deals with the adaptation process and the position of a student within a class as a social group. This paper consists of a theoretical and empirical parts, with the former focusing on the ranges of adaptation, description of the class as a social group and the position of a student therein; specificities in the emotional development, behaviour, and relations of disabled teens. The empirical part was carried out by means of a qualitative research. The core ob-jective is to determine how a student changing from a mainstream elementary school to a special school adapts to such a change, and to identify the factors that help/complicate the adaptation to the new school environment. Similarly, the research focuses on the position and social relations of students within a class and the evolution thereof. The findings can serve as a starting reference point for the parents of the actual analysed student and for the educators for whom it can be an inspiration for a further group work. |
