dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá nejčastějšími problémy současných seniorů v otázce bydlení: deregulace nájmů, nájemní vztahy, vztahy v rodině a zdravotní stav. Teoretická část se zabývá postavením seniora v současné společnosti. Vysvětluje pojmy spojené se sociální pomocí. Zaměřuje se na poradenství a pobytové služby v domovech pro seniory a byty zvláštního určení domy s pečovatelskou službou. Praktická část obsahuje případové studie, které prezentují nejčastější problémy seniorů v otázce bydlení, jejich možnosti řešení. Závěr upozorňuje na nedostatky a doporučení pro praxi.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelorial thesis deals with the most common problems of elderly people regarding their housing: rent deregulation, rental and family relationships and health conditions. The theoretical part is devoted to the position of elderly people in the current modern society. Further it explains terms related to social help network. It focuses on counseling and short-time stays in rest homes as well as special apartments in houses with domiciliary services. The practical part contains case studies presenting the mostly spread problems of elderly people connected with housing and offers solutions. The conclusion shows the insufficiencies and gives recommendations for the everyday services.	en
