Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zavedení nového výrobního programu ve společnosti DACOM Pharma, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou formou literární rešerše vysvětleny oblasti plánování výroby, analýza bodu zvratu, hodnocení investic, náklady výroby a s tím souvi-sející pojmy. Jsou zde také rozebrány požadavky na plastové obaly a jednotlivé materiály, které mohou být při výrobě využity. Tyto poznatky jsou použity jako východiska pro zpra-cování analýzy. Praktická část je rozdělena do tematických úseků, kdy analytická část po-jednává o současném stavu, návrhu nového obalu, hodnotí jednotlivé nabídky strojů a vol-bu řešení. Závěrečná projektová část tvoří rozhodnutí a doporučení o nákupu stroje, jeho efektivitě a ideový záměr pro zavedení nového výrobního programu. |

The diploma thesis focuses on the implementation of the new production program to the DACOM Pharma, s.r.o. In the theoretical part there are areas of the planning of the produc-tion, the analysis of the critical point, the evaluation of investments, production costs and related terms explained. There are also the requirements for the plastic containers and single materials that can be used while processing analyzed. That knowledge is used as starting points for the analysis. The practical part is divided into topical segments while the analytical part speaks about the current stage and the design of the new container, and it also evaluates single offers of machines and the choice of resolutions. The final project creates the decision and recommendation about the purchase of the machine, its effective-ness and the idea intention for the implementation of the new process program. |
