Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracovat projekt implementace konceptu Balanced Scorecard ve společnosti TRANSROLL - CZ, s.r.o. Teoretická část je zaměřená na zpracování literárních zdrojů z oblasti výkonnosti a jednotlivých přístupů jejího měření, mezi které patří i koncept Balanced Scorecard. Kromě obecného vymezení je součástí i postup jeho zavedení do podniku. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost TRANSROLL - CZ, s.r.o. a následně provedena analýza současného stavu měření výkonnosti s rozborem jednotlivých sledovaných ukazatelů. Na základě těchto poznatků je potom vypracována samotná implementace Balanced Scorecard do společnosti, sestávající z pěti základních kroků. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny přínosy a rizika tohoto zavedení. |

The aim of this master thesis is to elaborate the project of Balanced Scorecard implementation in TRANSROLL - CZ, s.r.o. The theoretical part is focused on the literature resource analysis of the performance and the approaches to measurement, including the Balanced Scorecard. In addition to definition is part also the process of implementation to the company. In the practical part at first TRANSROLL - CZ, s.r.o. is introduced and then the analysis of the current system of performance measurement with a list of monitored indicators is made. Then on the basis of this information the Balanced Scorecard implementation to the company is created, consisting of five steps. Finally the benefits and risks are described. |
