Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pracovníků, kteří pracují s klienty s vážným postižením. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá edukací a typy pracovnůků, kteří pečují o klienty s postižením. Další část práce s věnuje adaptačnímu procesu a také tématům, o kterých mají být pracovníci edukováni. To je hlavně dětská mozková obrna, epilepsie, mentální retardace nebo poznatky ze sociální oblasti. Součástí teoretické části je popis jednoho zařízení sociálních služeb - domova pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Praktická část obsahuje výzkumné šetření, které jsem prováděla formou dotazníku u pracovnůků v domovech pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem probíhá edukace těchto zaměstnanců a zda mají zájem o nové informace. |

Bachelor thesis deal with education of staff members working for clients affected by serious disablement. This work is separated into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with education of staff members who look after clients with these disablements. Another part is deedicated to the adaptation process aud also subjects which the staff need to be edcated. About these subjects are mainly - children cerebral palsy, epilepsy, cephalonia and also information from a social area. Another component of the theoretical part is the description of an element of social care - in this case au institution or home for people with health disablements. The ptactical part contains of research that has been carried out by me where I formulated specific questions for this subject to the staff who work in these institutions. I have done this through questionnaires. The aim of this research was to find out the process in which the staff is being educated aud whether there is an interest for new information within the workforce in this area. |
