Tématem mé bakalářské práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti mBank v České republice. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit současný konkurenční potenciál mBank na trhu. Po prozkoumání zjištění navrhuji vhodná opatření ke zlepšení konkurenceschopnosti analyzované banky. Pro dosažení zvoleného cíle práce použiji PEST analýzu s využitím metod MAP a ETOP, Porterovu analýzu pěti konkurenčních sil, metodu benchmarkingu, GAP analýzu a SWOT analýzu v rozsahu marketingové situační analýzy. |

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the competitiveness analysis of mBank in the Czech Re-public. The main goal of this thesis is to find out the current competitiveness potential of mBank on the market. After examining the findings, I propose the appropriate measures for improving the competitiveness of the analyzed bank. To reach the goal of my bachelor the-sis, I use PEST analysis with the application of MAP and ETOP methods, Porter's Five Forces analysis, benchmarking method, GAP analysis, and SWOT analysis within the scope of the marketing situation analysis. |
