Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První, teoretická část se zabývá problematikou rozvodu v odborné literatuře. Popisuje význam funkční a charakteristiky dysfunkční rodiny, například formy, příčiny a důsledky selhání funkcí rodiny. Klade důraz na negativní dopady rozvodu na děti. Zhodnocuje formy pomoci dětem a jejich rodinám, které nabízí státní i nestátní instituce v ČR. Podává přehled specifické sociální a výchovné práce s dětmi a rodinami v rozvodu. Druhá, empirická část prezentuje dvě případové studie rodin s dětmi v rozvodové situaci, klientů Krizového centra pro děti a dospívající. Cílem této studie je popsat a lépe porozumět rozvodovým situacím v rodinách s dětmi a zjistit, jaké důsledky má rozvod rodičů na osobnostní rozvoj dítěte. |

Thesis consists of two parts. The first, theoretical part deals with divorce problematic as it is presented in specialized literature. It describes importance of functional family, and characteristics of dysfunctional family environment, for example forms, antecedents and consequences of failure of family functions. Emphasis is put on negative impacts of divorce on children. It evaluates forms of help for children and its families provided by state and other non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. It offers summary of special social and educational work with children and their families during the course of divorce. Second, empirical part presenting two case studies of divorcing families with children, clients of The Centre for Children and Adolescents in Need. The aim of this study is description and understanding of the divorce situation in families with children and explanation of impact of divorce on children's personality development. |
