Tato práce je zaměřena na hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti MPL Trading, spol. s r. o. Teoretická část se zabývá tradičními metodami měření výkonnosti podniku, dále pak mo-derními ukazateli, které se snaží odstranit nedostatky metod tradičních. Praktická část zahrnuje profil společnosti a zhodnocení její výkonnosti pomocí tradičních metod. Následně jsou vybrány vhodné moderní metody hodnocení výkonnosti a sestaven návrh hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti, který by měla v budoucnosti používat. |

This thesis is focused on MPL Trading Ltd. performance rating. The theoretical part deals with the traditional methods of performance rating, then with the modern measuring which try to eliminate the disadvantages of the modern methods. The practical part includes the company presentation and its performance analysis by the help of the classical methods. Consequently there are the suitable modern methods of performance rating chosen and the proposal of performance rating of this company is prepared for the usage in the future. |
