dc.description.abstract	Pro svou diplomovou práci jsem si zvolil téma ?Zefektivnění náboru a výcviku pracovníků v podniku Barum Continental, spol. s.r.o.?. Ve své práci se zaměřím na efektivnost procesů náboru a výcviku a pokusím se navrhnout efektivnější přístup při náboru a výcviku. Teore-tická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku popisu řízení lidských zdrojů. V oblasti náboru se pokusím popsat všechny druhy náborů a jak se postupuje při nabírání pracovníků. V oblasti výcviku se zaměřím na všechny typy školení pracovníků. V praktické části analyzuji sou-časný stav společnosti v oblasti náboru a výcviku pracovníků. Cílem mé diplomové práce je analyzovat současný stav společnosti, zaměřit se na úzké místa a navrhnout efektivnější zlepšení. K této analýze použiji dotazníkové šetření a SWOT analýzu.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	For my thesis I chose the topic of "Streamlining the recruitment and training of employees in a company Barum Continental, AG, Ltd. ". In our work we focus on the effectiveness of recruitment processes and training and try to design more effective approach to recruitment and training. Theoretically part is aimed to describe the management of human resources. The recruitment will try to describe all types of recruitment and how to proceed when recruiting staff. In the area of training will focus on all types of training workers. In the practice of analyzing the current state of society, both companies are recruiting and trai-ning. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of society, focusing on the narrow spa-ce and propose effective improvements. This analysis will use the survey and SWOT ana-lysis.	en
